Chocolate Cake Pop Flowers


Easy to make and deliciously fun these flower themed cake pops will be the latest trend  at any girl's birthday party. These edible cakes are beautiful and will certainly please not only kids, but also the kid at heart inside of us. They can even be a sophisticated treat to surprise friends who came over for dinner. And now that Spring is in its full mode, the flower shape is just perfect!


 Ingredients:
  • 2 tea cups flour
  • 1 tea spoon baking soda
  • 1 tea spoon baking powder
  • 2 tea cups sugar
  • 1/2 tea cup sunflower oil
  • 1 soup spoon baking powder
  • 6 eggs room temperature
  • 1 tea cup of hot water
  • 1 tea cup chocolate powder
  • white chocolate
  • milk chocolate
  • food colouring in red
  • apple jam


Pre-heat the oven 180º.In a bowl mix the eggs with the sugar and the sunflower oil until it turns into a foam. In a separate bowl mix the flour, the baking soda, the baking powder and the cocoa with a spoon and reserve. Add the eggs dough and beat well. Add a glass of hot water and beat again. Put the dough in a cake mould lightly greased with butter and sprinkled with flour and take it to the oven for about 35m. . Let the cake cool, unmold it and undo the cake with your hands until you have small crumbs. Add the apple jam and give your cake pops the desired shape. you can check how to go from here in this recipe I posted previously!
