I don't remember if I have told you before, but breakfast is my absolute favourite meal. A hearty morning meal on a weekday basis is something I always wish for, but it is on weekends that I put all my effort to make this wish come true. I love lingering over a tasty nutritious breakfast and this one is beautiful and absolutely perfect to have relaxingly at home or even on the go. It will keep you energized throughout the day, and can easily become your healthy morning ritual. Sometimes the simplest breakfasts are often the most delicious.
