Tiger Cake For Mother's Day

To me Mother's Day is every day I wake up and see mine alive, even if already low on health. It's one of the things that makes me the happiest, comforts me and gives me encouragement. The time I spend with my mother is of quality and preciouseach day is a won battle and the next a challenge we go through together, united by an invisible navel string that we insist on not cutting. My mother has always had a remarkable sweet tooth, but she can  not, or should not eat sweets. We share the same taste for tea, at anytime. However, on this special day, because it was not an easy day, I decided to bake a cake with chocolate to comfort and share with my superheroine in disguise!

Ingredients:
  • 2 tea cup flour
  • 1 tea cup sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 soup spoon yeast
  • 4 eggs room temperature
  • 100gr softened butter
  • 1 cup of milk
  • a few drops of vanilla flavour
  • 4 spoons of powder chocolate

Cover:
  • a white chocolate
  • mix of chocolates sprinklers

Pre-heat the oven 180ºC/ 4 gas

In a bowl mix the flour and the yeast. Beat up the eggs yolks with the sugar, then add the milk and the softened butter and beat up again. Pour over the flour with the yeast and beat. Add the whipped eggs and blend smoothly with a wooden spoon. Divide the dough in two and add vanilla flavour to the white part and chocolate to the sother part and blend well. In the cake moulder spread butter, a bit of flour and fill the bottom the white part. Then add the chocolate part and do not stirr so that they blend alone.Place the cake moulder in the oven for about 35 minutes. After being cooked and it had cooled down, melt the chocolate in "water bath", pour over the cake and decorate it.

Ingredientes:
  • 2 chávenas de farinha
  • 1 chávena de açúcar
  • 1 pitada de sal
  • 1 colher de fermento
  • 4 ovos temperatura ambiente
  • 100gr manteiga ligeiramente amolecida
  • 1 chávena de leite de leite
  • essência de baunilha
  • 4 colheres (sopa) de chocolate em pó

Cobertura:
  • chocolate branco de culinária
  •  sprinklers de chocolate
  • Pré-aquecer o forno 180ºC/ 4 gás

Numa taça mistura a farinha e o fermento. Bate as gemas e o açúcar.
