I could live on chicken almost everyday of my life - don't ask why, I really don't know! All I do know is that I love its flavour, the texture of the meat itself and the fact that there are so many wonderful dishes made of it - besides it's not that bad for our health considering chicken meat is high on protein, is high in an amino acid called tryptophan, which gives you a comforting feeling, is rich in phosphorus, an essential mineral that supports your teeth and bones, and is very good for a diet since it's very low in fat - yes I've done my homework! ;). Now if I add chicken meat a tasty, flavoured and spicy sauce I will be standing before one of my biggest gastronomic disgraces!
