Petit Pains Au Chocolat Blanche

As today is the World Baking Day I would like to take the opportunity to give you a super easy suggestion , actually it's a variation on some I have previously made with dark chocolate, that really takes no time at all, but that makes the most enjoyable presentation not to mention the best choice to share with friends over coffee. They’re downright delicious and they would certainly be the perfect addition to your Sunday tea time table and although I have to admit they are totally decadent,be prepared to watch them disappear in a blink of an eye regardless of dietary preferences!Have a nice Sunday and great bakings!

Ingredients:
  • 2 packets of puff pastry
  • 1 white chocolate
  • 1 egg
  • 1 soup spoon of milk
Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into uniform squares . Prepare 1 beaten egg dissolved with a tablespoon of milk[eggwash] for brushing. Insert two chocolate squares in the previously puff pastry  square, roll it over and leave the end faced down; press the edges a bit. Brush with the egg, place the petit pains on a tray lined with parchment paper. Remove from oven when lightly browned.

Bom domingo e bons cozinhados!

Ingredientes:
  • 2 embalagens de massa folhada
  • 1 chocolate branco
  • 1 ovo
