Rich Peaches Tart
The juicy peaches from my in-laws were begging to be eaten - the batch was really huge and we had been consumming them au naturel, in the form of jam and of scrumptious desserts - and so this simple and incredibly easy to make but delicious recipe just came out. Full of fruit and with only a little sugar, this tart tells the story of the rich flavour of the peach. With the heat wave that has been going on it's the perfect way to end a meal with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients:
- 8 organic peaches
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- vanilla ice cream
Peel the peaches and cut them into cubes. Arrange them in the tart mold with the puff pastry pricked on the bottom with a fork and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon to taste. Take it to a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25m until golden.Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Ingredientes:
