Flavoured Sparkling Water: Lemon, Raspberries & Mint
If you don't like plain water, flavoured sparkling water can be a good way to incorporate additional water into your diet and a good way to keep you hydrated,besides being a healthier alternative to soda. I've found that while the store-bought, lightly flavored stuff is ok, infusing the water with fresh fruits, citrus and some mint makes it feel fancy and your guests (will be especially impressed when you entertain with these drink. In-season fruit makes the perfect compliment to sparkling water. Enjoy!
