Chicken, Bacon & Mushrooms Pastries

These delicious chicken pastries are a great entrée or an amazing dish to serve to guests accompanied by a colourful salad that rae not at all hard to put together and that will garantee you rave reviews from everyone at your table.The misture of flavours in the savory filling is fantastic and the crispy puff pastry the greatest combination.

Ingredients: 

• chicken breast
• chicken broth 
• extra virgin  oil 
• 1 cup of white wine 
•  chilli qs
•   qs salt 
•  1 shallot 
• 1 can of sliced mushrooms 
• 2 cloves garlic
•   bacon in cubes
• 2 sheets of puff pastry 
•  1 egg + 1 tablespoon milk for brushing

Ingredientes:

• peito de frango
• caldo de galinha
• azeite
• 1 copo de vinho branco
• malaguetas q.b.
• sal q.b. 
• 1 chalota
• 1 lata cogumelos
• 2 dentes de alho
• bacon aos cubinhos
• 2 folhas de massa folhada
• 1 ovo + 1 colher de sopa de leite para pincelar

Boucherouite Rugs

The current craze that is rocking décor is the boucherouite rugs. Guess they are not only beautiful with their lovely colors but also comfortable, especially if your feet touch them first thing in the morning (if one is next to your bed). They look so soft and colorfully extravagant and their timeless designs are just too good to pass. Funky and fun enough to brighten any room these aesthetically irresistible rugs are under my radar, but so far, unfortunately, not on my budget!

Camille Charriere, a half French-half British Parisian is the girl to go to for some timeless chic inspiration. Her French side makes her opt for emsembles that are often classic, simple and elegant s whilst her British part goes straight for an accent of bold individual edge to combine with it. Camille was studying law but she gave it up, in order to work in fashion. Today she is a freelance fashion journalist and a blogger. Spring showers have been a constant these days, but today the sun has been shining beautifully and an announced spring is fully on its way. I am a sun person, I live for daylight. I feel at my best when the day is bright - a boost of energy and reinvigoration takes over my body and mind and I am most productive and proactive. With the house nicely cleaned and flowers in all vases I'm more than ready to savour the last days of spring break in a blissful low-key weekend to cap off the end of a crazy past weekend of binging and family's back to back get-togethers.
