Orange and Carrot Cupcakes



Ingredients:
  •  500g peeled carrots 
  •  250 g flour
  •  Sugar 200 g
  •  40 g butter, softened
  •  3 eggs
  •  1 orange
  •  1 teaspoon cinnamon
  •  1 teaspoon baking powder

Peel the carrots, cut them in small bits and pour them in a pan with boiling water, bake for 20 minutes. Drain the water and make carrot puree. Turn on the oven to 180 ° C and place the paper ramekins within other silicone mold. In a bowl beat butter with sugar, add eggs one at a time, beating always.Add the juice and zest of the orange, add the carrots, flour and baking powder. Beat all  well. Divide the mixture by the molds and bake for about 25-30 minutes.


Ingredientes :
  • 500 gr de cenoura descascada
  • 250 gr de farinha
  • 200 gr de açúcar
  • 40 gr de manteiga amolecida
  • 3 ovos
  • 1 laranja
  • 1 colher de chá de canela
  • 1 colher chá de fermento

Corte as cenouras e deite num tacho com água quente, coza por 20 minutos.Escorra e faça a cenoura em puré.Ligue o forno a 180º C e coloque as forminhas de papel dentro de outras de silicone. Numa tigela bata a manteiga com o açúcar, junte os ovos um a um, batendo sempre.Adicione o sumo e a raspa da laranja, junte a cenoura, farinha e fermento. Bata tudo muito bem. Divida a mistura pelas formas e leve ao forno cerca de 25-30 minutos.
