Vanilla Cake Pops

Very easy to prepare, tasty, super fun, beautiful, magicalCake Pops will make the delights of all the kids and, well, even of some adults! It will be difficult to resist to so much color, to the world of fantasy they evoke, to the surprise effect, to the soft texture that melts in your mouth in an explosion of absolutely delicious flavour. The party was already rocking, but when the kids [and adults alike] saw the Cake Pops arriving it was a total delirium! I, a convicted sweet tooth, ate quite a few with a mix of greed and guilt feeling, and at that time, it was great to feel like child again!

Ingredients:

  • vanilla cake (or whatever) with food coloring
  • strawberry jam
  • Milk Chocolate
  • white chocolate
  • varied sprinklers
  • kebab sticks

Bake whatever cake you want the day before and on the next day, undo it with your hands into small pieces. Add a jar of the jam you prefer to the cake crumbs and knead with your hands until completely wrapped. Take it to the freezer for about half an hour, but do not let the dough
freeze . Then take it again to the fridge for another twenty minutes. Remove and form small balls with your hands. Meanwhile melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 45 seconds each time, six or seven times. Take a kebab stick and dip the tip into the melted chocolate and push it into the ball only halfway so that the chocolate solidifies inside the cold ball . Then dip the cake pop immediately into a bowl with the melted chocolate, but dip it as directly into the chocolate as you can, do not swing it very much or you will break the cake pop. Remove them, hold it with your left hand  and with your right hand  give small pats on the left hand until the excess chocolate falls into the bowl again. Immediately coat with sprinklers to taste....

Ingredientes:
