Patio

One of the things that gets mostly enthusiastic about the new home is the fact that its area has the potential to create a cozy outdoor space to entertain friends and family. -  a back patio that will be the perfect escape to both relax and socialize in warmer months.
If you also have [or dream of having] one, you can decorate it according to your own style: a space for cookouts, to relax reading, the host a fancy soirée, you name it. These are the images that will inspire me in the slow process of building it just the way I dreamed it and these are the key elements that must not be disregarded:
  • keep the patio looking good for longer than a season or two by choosing furniture that's built to last outdoors or bring in unexpensive but fancy DIY furniture that can easily and unexpensively be replaced;
  • an outdoor grill - nothing tastes better than barbecue off the grill;
  • embedded lights, landscape lights, string of lights - for a festive/ intimate atmophere;
  • a fence, with flowers or vines for privacy;
  • painted benches and some colorful throw pillows for enhancement of the space;
  • rustic ceramic pots, a great panoply of flowers, different kinds of foliage to spruce up the place;
  • a stocked bar cabinet, with its corresponding padlock, that will weather with seasons;
  • a decorative and functinal umbrella in order to provide shade during mealtimes;
  • great colourful glasses, salad severs, plates, cuttlery, preferably in plastic that you can find gorgeous at http://www.zarahome.com/ - my holy grail for beautiful and timeless home decor!

  •  manter o pátio com boa aparência por mais de uma ou duas temporadas, escolhendo mobiliário que é construído para durar no exterior ou incorporar no espaço mobiliário DIY que pode fácil e economicamente  ser substituído;
  •  uma grelhador ao ar livre - não há nada mais saboroso do que  um churrasco na brasa
  •  luzes embutidas, luzes de paisagem, cordas de luzes - para um ambiente do festivo / íntimo;
  •  uma cerca, com flores ou videiras para manter a privacidade;
  • bancos de madeira pintados e algumas almofadas coloridas para a valorização do espaço;
  • vasos rústicos de cerâmica, uma grande panóplia de flores, diferentes tipos de folhagens para enfeitar o local;
  • um armário-bar abastecido, com o seu cadeado correspondente, que vai resistir a par com as estações;
  • um guarda-sol decorativo e funcional, a fim de proporcionar sombra durante as refeições;
  • fantásticos copos coloridos, talheres de salada, pratos, talheres, de preferência em plástico e que pode encontrar, lindos, no site http://www.zarahome.com/ - o meu santo Graal para uma decoração bonita e intemporal!

Im so curious to see how you will build yours then, for sure it will be amazing!
